Big Red Mute Button

Audiophile-approved nothingness

Anagram

What this is

An immediate, simple, dedicated mute. Assign it to the control you already use: a stomp footswitch, MIDI controller, or anything else available.

The only option, an adjustable Fade, lets you choose from an immediate cutoff to a smooth fade out and back in.

Key Features

A BIG RED BUTTON: Considerable research indicated that this was the correct size and color.

Silence Re-engineered

At Dust & Coil Audio Laboratories, we refuse to treat silence as the mere absence of sound.

The Button features our proprietary Vacuum Tube Silence™ technology, producing a warm nothingness suitable for stage or studio.

Every mute is digitally hand-calibrated to deliver:

• Zero-latency silence
• Audiophile-approved nothingness

Independent testing confirms that when Big Red Mute Button is engaged, it is extremely difficult to hear.
